TENCompetence Learning Design Editor (ReCourse)

Information on the TENCompetence WP6 Learning Design Editor. The name of the Editor is "ReCourse".

Once you've downloaded it, unzip it somewhere and launch the ReCourse executable file. You'll need Java version 5 or 6 installed on your system first.

New in this version:

+ Added "Author" and "Subject" fields to Overview tab
+ Scrollbar added to Overview tab
+ Added "Upload UOL to Fedora Server" menu item
+ Improved integration with CopperCore Server
+ Improved speed of CopperCore Publisher View
+ User name and password required for CopperCore server in Preferences (will work in future versions)
+ "Package UOL" menu item split into two - "Package to zip file" and "Publish to CopperCore server"
+ "Publish to CopperCore server" action automatically zips the UOL and uploads it
+ All files in the LD's root folder are added to the zip package regardless of declared dependent files
+ Activity completion rule is set to default of "User Choice"
+ Environment editor palette changed
+ Fixed selection/deseletion issue in Environment Editor
+ Resources and Item files are assigned more user-friendly names
+ Library view does not lose context if closed and re-opened
+ "New Role" dialog provides includes all Role controls and options
+ Changed default names to "Design", "Module" and "Phase"
+ Item Viewer refreshes when changes made in Item Editor
+ Item Viewer has easy link to create new Item if there isn't one
+ "New Item" wizard has option to add (link to) a URL
+ "New Activity" wizard has option to add (link to) a URL
* Improved drag and drop in Item tree-table (can drag item into empty space and it will move to end)
* Fixed bug in Item Editor where Null Pointer could occur when dragging Items
