The number of visible and accessible discussion fora to the right depends on your status:

  • Visitors can only see entries and contribute to the visitors' forum
  • Subscribers (registered users) can follow discussions in the fora of the developer group(s), but may not participate in them.
  • Aspirant Partners and Full Partners have their own discussion fora, only visible and accessible to them.

I am trying to find the official link for this conference publication (from the 2007 Barcelona TENCompetence workshop):

Design Principles for LAMS Version 2 and the LAMS “Tools Contract” - Ghiglione & Dalziel.

The link used to be:

[this is what Google Scholar shows]

But this now just defaults to the Guest web page for this site. After creating an account and logging in, it still doesn't resolve.

Would appreciate any assistance that can be provided.

You can download the file at

http://tencompetence-project.bolton.ac.uk/files/Barcelona/presentations/session1/Ghiglione.pdf

In fact if there are any other files you want to download from the old project site you can perform the same trick: use "tencompetence-project.bolton.ac.uk" instead of "www.tencompetence.org" at the start of the UOL. The path to the file should be the same.
